What's Covered — Profile
- Manufacturing defects in the uPVC profile
- Warping, discolouration or cracking under normal residential use
- Structural integrity of the lead-free uPVC frame
What's Covered — Hardware
- Locks, hinges, handles and rollers against manufacturing defects
- Track and rolling mechanisms on sliding systems
What's Not Covered
- Damage from accidents, misuse or unauthorised modifications
- Installation carried out by a team not authorised by SkyLit Systems
- Normal wear and tear on moving parts beyond the hardware warranty period
- Damage from extreme weather events outside normal design tolerances
- Glass breakage, which is handled separately at the time of installation

- Describe the issue and share photos where possible
- Our team will schedule an inspection and advise on repair or replacement
