These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of uPVC doors and windows and related services from SkyLit Systems ("SkyLit", "we", "us"). By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Quotations & Estimates

Prices shown or communicated before a site visit are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed only after our team completes an on-site measurement. Quotations remain valid for the period stated on the quotation document, typically 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once both parties agree on specifications, pricing and payment terms. Payment schedules, including any advance payment, will be specified in your order confirmation. Products are manufactured to your specific measurements and are not held as standard retail stock.

3. Site Measurement & Installation

Manufacturing begins only after final site measurements are taken and confirmed with you. Installation timelines will be communicated at order confirmation and may vary based on order size and site conditions.

4. Warranty

All SkyLit products are covered by our manufacturer warranty. See our Warranty page for full coverage details, exclusions and the claim process.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be cancelled without charge before manufacturing begins. Once production has started, cancellations or specification changes may be subject to charges to cover materials and work already completed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the installation site is accessible and ready on the agreed date, and for obtaining any permissions required from your housing society, landlord or local authority prior to installation.

7. Limitation of Liability

SkyLit Systems is not liable for delays or issues arising from factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to site access restrictions, incomplete civil work, or events such as extreme weather.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product designs, is the property of SkyLit Systems and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
